Shipping Terms and Carriers

All shipments are sent by 'Australian Post' with taxes to be the sole responsibility of the consignee. All shipments will be insured at consignee’s expense, unless other arrangements are made at the time the order is placed.

C.O.D offers free insurance for items valued up to $100 and additional insurance can be purchased for items valued between $100 and $5000.

C.O.D. is easy to use. Just place your order by calling Helen on 02 9723 7188 or 042 5848133. The order will be delivered to the postal outlet closest to your address, and you will be informed that there is a C.O.D. item awaiting collection.

Australia Post will take delivery of your payment when it is collected, and return any payments to us by money order.
